SAIMM and University of the Witwatersrand School of Mining Engineering are hosting the .... The University of the Witwatersrand, School of Mining Engineering has a Mine Design Laboratory with 100 computers. The SAIMMʼs Mine Planning Forum has clearly highlighted the limitations in currently available mine planning skills.
