MINE PLANNING SCHOOL 2014

15 - 16 July 2014 | New Mine Design Lab, Chamber of Mines Building, The University of the Witwatersrand

The University of the Witwatersrand, School of Mining Engineering has a Mine Design Laboratory with 100 computers. The SAIMMʼs Mine Planning Forum has previously clearly highlighted the limitations in currently available mine planning skills.

The 2012 Planning School was well received and there seems to be sufficient support
for it to be successfully repeated in 2014.
