Brief career history:
Sihe has proficiency in the narrow reef mining especially underground operations using various mining methods. he has been involved in projects in conventional and mechanised platinum operations. he is currently a lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand (School of Mining Engineering) and his interest is in mine financial valuation and, mine planning and mine optimisation under uncertainty. he is also a PhD student at Wits where his research study is focused on stope layout optimisation for underground mines.
