What contribution do you see yourself making to the Young Professionals Council and the SAIMM?:
Furthering the objectives of SAIMM and YPC according to their respective constitutions, by providing professional development opportunities to all minerals industry professionals in the SADC region and world at large.
The development opportunities are aimed at providing skills development to the rapidly evolving global environment in order to ensure sustainability of all businesses and to further the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Brief career history:
Adrian Chinhava is a young social entrepreneur who seeks to enable progress in the world to reduce inequalities. he is a non-monetary philanthropist and has worked mostly with Boost Fellowship and South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM). he is a council member of the Young Professionals Council (YPC) of SAIMM and is also a member of the committee responsible for the youth professional development in the minerals industry of Zimbabwe. he is a fellow of YALI, Enactus and Deloitte-IYF Project. he is currently working for RioZim Limited, Cam and Motor Mine, where he is a graduate trainee in Mining Engineering. he has skills in Operations Research mainly for Surface Mine Fleet Management, project management & Mine Planning and Designing.
