Impala Platinum Smelter Off Gas Plant
Impala Platinum Smelter situated 25 km outside Rustenburg South Africa have upgraded their SO2 abatement equipment in 2008/2009 which
now consist of the following equipment:
Conference attendees which want to visit Impala Platinum must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE) consisting of Acid Proof
overall jackets or overcoats (denim or similar pants are sufficient - no dresses or shirts), safety shoes, safety glasses, ear protection and hard hats.
