Capital Project Management in the mining industry is growing at increased rates.
Capital projects are major attributes of an organisation's balance sheets, which implies the need for optimising the ROAM as well as good corporate governance.

In the context of King III and the new Companies Act it is therefore imperative to address Capital Project Management from 'concepts to closure' with a strong emphasis on governance.

This school will share current 'ways' of project management employed by corporates and 'ways' in which service providers respond. Learners will be able to gain and share knowledge of various aspects of Capital Project Management
