SAIMM Western Cape Branch Relaunch

The Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM) is pleased to invite you to the official re-launch of the Western Cape Branch.
 
Event details are as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 10 February 2026
Time: 12:00
Venue: Royal Cape Yacht Club
 
This event marks an important milestone for the Western Cape Branch, and we would be honoured by your presence as we re-establish the branch and outline plans for the term ahead.
 
In addition, branch members are encouraged and warmly invited to serve on the Western Cape Branch Committee. Serving on the committee provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth and activities of the Institute at a regional level.
 
The nomination form above must be completed and signed by both the proposer and the seconder. Kindly submit the completed nomination form via email to Kea Shumba at kea@saimm.co.za no later than 6 February 2026.
