Izak has a M.Eng. Degree in Project Management and is passionate about project execution and the project management dynamics involved in order to deliver a project on time and within budget. Izak has significant amount software development experience in a number of development environments such as C, C++, C#, ASP.Net and Python in industries ranging from metals & mining, defence and rail. Izak’s experience in both software development and project management enables him to effectively manage and execute software analytics projects in the process improvement and monitoring domain.

Paula has over 20 years of Information Technology industry experience with 15 of these focused on the Mining industry. Paula leads large and diverse teams to deliver business value through innovative, complex information technology projects, utilising intuitive people management skills, rigorous cost management, interactive stakeholder management, and solid project and programme management disciplines. Paula has managed various large scale Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) programmes and Service Delivery centres, focused on timely delivery to a global and complex client base ranging from commercial environments to those more mining and production oriented. Her roles have been based on utilising strong ITIL process discipline, Programme and Project Management disciplines, procurement and negotiation, client and stakeholder management skills.
